I met this deaf guy who really is desperate for friendship. He emails me like 3 times a day and calls a minimum of 5 times. He's a nice guy, but it just seems like too much community service. He's also loaded, like muli-millionaire.

Just be nice to him. But if you're really annoyed, try to get him new friends...[maybe he's lonely?]...that way you won't be mean and you'll get him busy so he'll stop calling and emailing you.
