I use to have them when I was young. Then I had it really bad after I did a lot of sinning! I kind of brought on the night terrors. I think you may be a target. For what reason I cant say scientifically

Nightmares are a persons fears played out in your mind. If you are in the state of half asleep half awake. You are having a difficult time relaxing your mind. Meditation may help to relax your mind.
