I've never heard of that specific phenomena, but there are changes in the brain having to do with chemicals that occur during sex or masturbation and after orgasm that can alter your state of mind and cause different types of thoughts and feelings.

The feeling of "thinking like a woman" (lmao) comes from oxytonin flooding your body. It's called the cuddle hormone, and it's what stops guys from jumping up after sex and running away.
