Learning more about the subtle art of chit chat is a good idea.

The more shy we are the more we need to learn about chit chat.

We need to rely on chit chat. It is the engaging in conversation that is light and obvious. "Pretty cloudy today, wonder if it will rain soon. Do you enjoy rain?"

Was a terrific full moon last night, did you see it?

What a lot of traffic on the way to school today, did you get caught in that?

I think that your eyes look nice with that color of shirt.

I like those jeans. Is this your favorite pair?

I love pets, do you like dogs or cats better?

Are you getting the idea? It isn't not being yourself, it is engaging in simple chit chat that will help you gain confidence and knowledge about your friend. This is helpful in many situations in life.

Good Luck,,,

It is okay to be quiet, that way you will not regret saying things that you didn't mean or things that make you seem boring or stupid. I say be who you are and eventually you will feel like opening up more to him. Also, a quite person is more mysterious and he will work extra hard to try and get to know more about you.

There are a lot of non-verbal way to communicate like hugs and kisses and more.

the more u try to come up with things to say.... the harder it will become so just relax and dont think of dates as tests but as going out to have fun with a new mate.

dont try to impress u ll only be amking it harder on ureself

i used to have the same problem. ur best bet is to find someone who is talkative so that he will be the one to start conversations first ... at least 4 the first few dates

HELLO DEAR!
Always be yourself! Be true!
There are infinite techniques how to show better, but ... what I advice is to be yourself!
It is OK to sacrifice some of ourselves investing in the future, but we should always keep in mind that we are the center of the Universe (for ourselves!)
