3. watch a documentary on the dangers of smoking.

4. read an article on the dangers of smoking.

5. ask a friend who quit smoking how they did it.

6. ask yourself questions like "why am i doing this?" or "how is this making my life any better??"


if you use 50 words to describe each of these 6 ways to quit smoking, you will get 300 words.

+ introduction (100 words) and conclusion (100 words) ==

500 words!!!
