A few things to think about
- you’re the kid
- He’s the parent
- Loose the ‘tude and be glad you have a dad who is willing to take care of you.
- He’s in your business because he loves you and cares about you.
- Don't like it. Move back with your mom.
I know kids always think their parents are out to get them and that’s not true. Remember, parents were kids too.. They’ve done everything you have and are about too do.
He’s in your business because he cares about you and doesn’t want you to make the same mistakes he has. You should be glad you have a dad who wants to be part of your life. You may not think so now, but guaranteed when you get older you WILL understand.
So, give the guy a break. Go give him a big hug and tell him you love him. And lose the freaking attitude.
He’s not out to get you or make your life miserable.

Life has become so crappy these days that parents really need to watch out for their kids. You might not know this and your parents will probably not tell you, but you are their most precious possession by far -- (at least that's how most parents are. God help those whose parents don't care).
Anyway, think about this:
1. Lots of kids are on drugs or getting high on over-the-counter medicines.
2. Kids are chatting online with strangers and some are meeting, or even running off, with adult strangers -- mostly cause these sick adults want sex. Remember "NBC - To Catch a Predator"? Nuff said there.
3. Shootings and murders are happening in schools.
I mean it is just nuts. And for most of these kids who are doing crazy things, it is common to hear their parents say that they were not paying attention to what the kids were doing. Some pretty sick things are happening in society and no decent parent wants their kid to fall into trouble. So, the trend among parents is to really watch their kids closely because, as I said before, kids are their most precious possession (but they won't tell you that, just like some kids act like they don't love their parents but deep down they love them more than anything). Parents have to be watchful. I mean, which parent wants to hear that his kid was wooed by some jerk and then hurt or abused because he was not paying attention to what his kid was doing?
If you want to do your parents a huge, huge favor, just be a good kid because it saves your parents a lot of worry. Again, they may not tell you, but they worry about you a lot, so, if you are a good kid, it helps them sleep better and focus on providing for you -- not worrying about you. Being a good kid is the best gift you can give to your parents. And being a good kid and good student is even better.

I am a dad, and if you don't like my rules in my house, then move out. One of these days, you will have kids, and you will be the parent. Until then, you are still just a kid, and must follow the rules of the house.

READ THIS completely and let me know if i am wrong.think logically.
he is (20-30) years older than you , and you are (13 - 18). Don't you think he is twice as experienced in life than you are ?????
when you were small he taught you how to eat , drink , live properly --- din't he? did you understand when you were small why he taught you all that ---NO - because you dint understand what it meant at that moment. even now he is trying to teach the correct way of living but you don't wanna understand because you are ignorant and you dont want to learn from him but you want to learn yourself.
But think about it - learning from him will make you smarter than everybody else because you might be 20 but your experience will be of 40 years. thats why you should respect what he says.
My conclusion from my life - Parents Would Always Be Smarter Than Kids Because They Have Lived More Than You. they might become a little bit off track because of bad circumstances but they would always be better and should be respected - after all they are the ones who raised you.

Your dad obviously loves you. He is getting into your life because he cares about you, and you are important to him. Be happy you have a dad who cares. There are alot of parents out there that don't care what there kids do.He doesn't want to see anything bad happen to you. It's his job to be that way.

because you are obviously his child and as a parent they are responsible for you. It is well documented that people who grow up allowed to do what they want without any parental influence end up with problems with depression, feelings they were never loved as a child, difficulties with feeling and expressing love themselves, and many end up in jail or dead. So instead of bitching cos ur Dad cares, be glad that he does.

he's just trying to get involved. if you just moved in with him, he probably feels like he's not been a large part of you life until now. he wants to have a relationship and let you know that he cares.
... or he could just be a busybody
