Other than getting the top 25 off of USA Today or ESPN, you could look at High School Football by The Sporting News which will list top 50, and give you top 100 seniors, not sure if there is a place online to find all 100, also each different source will probably vary slightly on the rankings

You can go to USA Today.com and find out the top 25 in the nation. You can also see the top 10 pe region. That is as close as it gets.
