It came up at work and it's been bothering us.
In one episode, probably an earlier one because the animation was more primative, Fred went to some bar to meet a private dectective for something.

The dectective "shuffled" into the bar with some pretty bizzare foot motions. With it was this "groove" bass-line that was matching the detective's motion.

He went to the bar, asked for "the usual" and to "put it in a dirty glass". He then "shuffled" out of the bar, to the bass-line again.

What was his name? I say it was "Gus Granite" but someone insists it's "Perry Gunite". There is a lunch hedging on this.

Sorry, your friend is right, it was Perry Gunite.

I do think you're right when you say Gus Granite...I just saw that episode on Boomerang a few days ago...
