Where can I find one? Or online info for one in the Oklahoma USA area?

That's the Nintendo Super Scope, which often shipped with the Super Scope 6 game bundle.

I see them on eBay frequently.

If you're planning on using it on a Plasma, LCD or DLP projection display you're out of luck. The Super Scope only works on conventional CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) screens. It also gobbles up AA batteries pretty quickly, so stock up on them.
