why are people so stuck up

some people are ,some are not.It all depends on your upbringing i guess,area you live in,job status,sad but true.There again,i was not bought up to be snobby but I cant stand immature teenage boys(and girls)like the ones that hang about outside my door,scribble all over the walls of the communal areas that we all have to see when we enter out building,shout abuse at people and are constantly stoned out of their faces,plus do jack **** all day,except sponge of the state while they get mashed.!If THAT makes me a snob,then so be it!

i think they lack life experience, communication skills and generally need to get real
