I always thought that I am pretty. Before I have a nice smooth clear skin. I do have occasional pimpls but just very few. But since two years ago, I started breaking out. Actually not that bad just few pimples here and there but they always leave dark spots in my face that actually takes months to disappear! And before they heal another pimple comes along that also leaves dark hyperpigmented spot. I feel sad and I feel ugly everytime I look at my face and I see those unsightly marks. I started wearing foundation to hide them. The foundation actually looks nice and natural but lately I think its causing me to have whiteheads in my forehead. I am using prescriptives flawless skin. What should I do? What do I do with my marks? what are effective treatments?

Anyways here is my picture on my myspace:

I know this may not sound the best but birth control actually does help with controling your pimples. I used it and didnt really notice the diffrence but now I have been of the pill for 3 months and my face seems to be constantly broken out. maybe it is something you should try.

Check out Clear Reflections skin care product by ParisRX...
http://www.naomisnews.parisrx.com/
It is comparable to Proactive but I actually like the Paris product much better! Clear Reflections & the Non-Surgical Facelif are why I became involved with this skin care line!!!

Those are a different kind of blemish and are caused internally because of stress or hormone imbalances. They are a pain, take forever to go away and that pigment takes months to fade. I sympathize, I've had them, too. I don't know how old you are. Mine were brought on by menopause and Evening primrose oil (a capsule taken internally) did wonders for me. If you are young, I would check with a dermatologist. If you're older, you might try evening primrose oil. Or you might try it anyway.
