I would like to know if you afraid of spiders and why? I will be the first to admit that I am. I think it's because it has more then four leggs and has black beedy eyes. Ewwwww.....Where I live we have all sorts of spiders tiny ones, medium ones, big ones, and HUGE ones. The most popular one here is the Banana Spider. A year ago my husband was on the computer and when he looked down a HUGE spider was on the leg of the computer desk. When I say HUGE I mean if you open your hand and put it in a grabbing position that's how HUGE it was. I jumped on the bed screaming to kill it. My kids came running in the room to see what was going on and I slammed the door shut on them so it wouldn't harm them.LOL!! When my husband finally killed it (oh...and it was crawling away fast). It curled up and died. Once it died the body was the size of a half doller coin. NO LIE!!
So again my question is are you afraid of spiders like I am and why?

I'm afraid of spiders, especially the ones with the really long legs. And i can't kill them either! Because i think that they're going to jump on me and bite me. Its also something about their legs and how fast they jump and crawl away. I am very scared of them being close to me and in my room or house. My little brother [he's 5] can kill them like its nothing.
Also, if a spider has been on my bedsheets or something, i have to have someone else change the bedsheets right away or else i can't sleep on them. [i have someone else do it, i don't know why, but i just can seem to go near them, it's like its still there.]

I'm not, I used to have a spider for a pet when I was a little girl. But my boyfriend is terrified of any type of spiders. He loves animals and insects, but will never go near a spider. He said, he doesn't like the way they walk and they got too many legs.

Yes, I am terrified of spiders! But since you ask why, I can honestly say that I have no idea! I don't know what I find scary about them, it's just the presence of them I suppose. But my New Year's resolution is to get over my fear.

I am afraid of spiders, but I am trying to over come my fear. I can't say why. I guess we all have something we are afraid of and I have a few, but spiders is a big one.

I am scared of spiders because they're furry and some bite. They also walk weird and fast. I don't want something that walks weird crawling on me...I think it would feel weird.

I am terrified. I am allergic to them. I hate the small ones. They make me feel all itchy and nasty. I swell up if they bite me.
