Nope, because you can't ever one thing right, as long as you learn from your mistakes, mess ups, and be sure not to do it again, everything you do is right

You may be refering to the idea of do the ends ever justify the means. Did the allies go about defeating the nazis and the japanese the wrong way by the killing of tens of thousands of innocent civilians through firebombing and atom bombs? I think it could be said that in this case a good thing was done the wrong way.

Doing something right means that you did it correctly; without error. You can't do something wrong in order to do something right. That's like lying for a good cause. Lying is still wrong, no matter what your intention is. So even if you lied and the outcome was good, you still had to do something wrong to complete it. Therefore, doing something wrong to do something right just isn't right .

The basic question you're asking is Does the end justify the means? There's many discussions out there that answer this question. You might want to look into it--there's many answers--but for now here's my opinion.

Would it be right to kill an innocent person you don't know to save yourself/someone you care about (like if he/she needed someone to donate a heart or something)?

The end is right--you've just saved someone. But does that justify you killing someone to save him/her?

You want to help a little old lady cross a busy street? You're doing right.
You want to do it by shooting at the traffic with an AK-47? That's the WRONG way to do it, bud.

Extreme answers help point out the inherent stupidity of some questions...

Of course there is, if you drive to work and you go the wrong way but you still get there then you must have done it right.
