My 24 yr old son was the passsenger in a car that was driven by a drunk driver there was an accident and my son received brain damage what legal options do I have?

Oh I would most definitely contact a lawyer. His insurance company have lawyers and you are going to need one.

No question about it. You need an experineced personal injury lawyer. Besides bringing a claim against the driver and that insurnace carrier, you may have claims against other - the car manufacturer for example, if some safety feature failed - or the last business to sell the driver alcohol (under laws commonly refered to as Dram Shop acts). There may be other potential claims as well - a good personal injury lawyer will know what to look for and how to gather and preserve evidence.

Though honestly I don't know what options you do have your son willing got into a car with a drunk driver.

Yes. Do it now before the drivers insurace company tries to railroad you into settling for a paltry sum. Find a good reputable attorney. Not a TV ambulance chaser. You and your son will probably need the money.

reckless imprudence resulting to injuries. you can sue the driver and the owner of the car. if the driver is a minor then you can also sue the parents.
