Borat is not really acceptable for anyone. He is popular because of the gross out potty humor.

I would have to say no. I mean this movie is rated R, but if the movies rated R than school is rated NC-17. I'm sure your 14 year old knows all about drinking,and sex ect.. And if you have talk to him/her about your expectations and they have a clear understanding that just cause they see it on tv doesn't mean its ok I'm sure they can handle it.
In the movie there is some nudity not real explicit though, just a large mans behind, also some underage drinking and they show people that are very drunk.

the only things that may not be acceptable is the pam anderson obsession he has throughout the movie, the underage drinkers on a bus, borat gets pretty wasted, and also the scene where there are 2 naked men trampling each other.
a 14 year old would probably find it really funny though!

I don't think so. Depends on how enlightened the 14-year-old is. If they understand the irony of the racist and sexist jokes, sure. If they think it's funny that people chase Jews through the streets for fun, no.

theres a part where he shows picture of a naked 14 year old guy and there is a part where Borat wrestles his fat friend naked but all u see is the fat guy's butt

nonono! the humor would go over the head of a 14 year old. While he is racist, it is making fun of racism, but i don't think a 14 year old would get that. the male nudity isn't what is bad about it, in my opinion...it's that the humor would be over his head.

No one under 16 needs to see it.
It's got drinking, sex, nudity. And that is what is
wrong with our American society now - there are
7 year olds watching this movie - and their parents
think it's o.k.

Yes, as long as a responsible adult discusses the film with him/her afterwards so the 14 year old understands that the joke is on America and not on Kazakstan.
