Try BACH rescue remedy spray, It's brilliant. It's non addictive and works wonders. It's all natural ingredience. You can take it every day leading up to your test and also have a spray right B4. You can get it from boots, hollond & barretts or some supermarkets (that's if your in the UK)

Good look with your test.

It's 3 weeks. Just ask some people who have taken the test to give you the route and practice! The best way to get rid of nerves is to feel absolutely prepared. The test is pretty standard so you know what they're going to ask you to do. Just practice, get familiar with the roads near the DMV, and don't sweat it. If you don't pass your first time, you just take it again, which isn't that bad. No reason to stress, so don't and prepare!

I play basketball to de-stress. Do some sport that require all your focus and is a lot of fun. Don't worry about passing. Get in some more practice, but don't over-do it. About 98% of the population who are above the age limit can drive, so the odds are strongly in your favor. Good luck!

Good luck! I am going through the same myself. Just think positive. Take some rescue remedy on the day as well that should calm your nerves! I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

What helped me was 1. Being well prepared
2. Remembering that the examiner wanted me to pass.
Good luck and prayer helps

Just keep telling yourself 'what's the worst that can happen?' (failing your test, probably). But that isn't so bad. Most people fail their test, then retake it and pass! It's all part of the process!

Try to get in touch with someone who knows anything about deep breathing exercises, your local gym may be able to help.
If I were you I wouldn't be using any type of tablets they may slow your reactions down.

BEST OF LUCK

Slap me on the wrist if you want, but a good bit of nookie always works,.. it takes your mind off it, makes you feel better, (endorphines in the brain), and it's easier to concentrate after because of the boost to your ego. Try it! :)
