I have a 1992 Subaru Liberty, with the standard mag wheels (14") and need new wheel lugs for all wheels. Is there a way to know what lugs I need and what size? I have been told the ones on there now are the wrong type (they are small, apparently they should be longer?)
As you can tell, I have absolutely no idea when it comes to wheel lugs but all I know is that they are 14" wheels, and it says wheel size 5.5Jx14. Im hoping someone else has the same wheels and can tell me what lugs I need. They have 5 lugs, and usually have a cap covering them saying subaru.

I don,t know squat about Subaru,s but I,m betting that they will be either 19 or 21 mm as those are the most common size lug nuts on most vehicles American or Japanese.

Just go to your local auto supply store and tell them what you need. Be sure to tell them it is for aluminum wheels, and they will supply the right product.
