im usually not a quiet person but when i talk to my "boyfriend" im dont say A WORD im still kinda nervous around him and sometimes theres nothin for me to talk about and it seems like he gets annoyed and he tells me to start talking...

that is very starnge for you NOT to open up to your boyfriend! i mean, im a boy and i have a girlfriend but this is a way different story. If you dont feel comfortable around him, take a moment and think what is wrong between your relationship (if any problems) and improve on that aspect. Ill give you more info later.

I went through the same thing with my boyfriend of a year and eight months now. The awkard silence is horrible but to this day i still just like being on the phone with him even if we arent saying anything. I always use to come up with the common topics that apply to everyday. Like what are you planning on doing today? Ask about his family it can be a open conversation plus it helps you to feel closer to him that will eventually help you to open up to him. Conversations arent really suppose to be planned and maybe if he tried harder to start a conversation it wouldnt be that way. Conversations have to have 2 people its not just a one person thing. He has to help you to.

If you are not comfortable around him then there is something wrong.I don't say that there is something wrong with you, but maybe in your relationship.I mean,he is your bf, you two are supposed to feel free around each other.Just talk to him about everything,that's why he is your bf.Best wishes!

I don't know what your boyfriend's deal is.. he should be flattered that you like him enough that it makes you clam up.. maybe he just doesn't get it.. maybe you should explain to him why you're so quiet around him..
