Draw your structures, remembering that O and N have unshared pairs.

To get you started: H2CO and SO3 are trigonal planar and have one double bond w/O, NF3 and CHCl3 are tetrahedral.

Whichever molecule has equal and opposite pull of charges will be the one that is non-polar.
