The Rolling Stones are doing it too. You see the t-shirts, folders, hats, etc everywhere and some people haven't even listened to them. It's really weird, they are more of a label than a band now.

I tend to agree. I brought this up some time back. I see all these teens & pre-teens wearing AC/DC & Stones tees, hats & gear. I'm always very tempted to ask them to name 3 songs by the bands involved to see if they're only wearing it because it's "cool" or do they actually LIKE the bands.

As far as the rolling stones they're still touring and stuff, they don't need the money. I don't know what ac/dc is up to. They've both been at it for a long time so let em' do whatever they want i guess. They used to make music before mtv and all that stuff, All the bands now days have mtv to get their images across. I think that people that wear there stuff should know the music and i think that's why the bands would want too.

this has happened becuase the two bands are great and have receive alot of popularity recently I can't speak for the Rolling Stones but I know AC/DC didn't want their name to become a label but hopefully all these soveiners with bring their music to light

I agree with Fonzie... all preteens are wearing their stuff because it looks cool. I know 1 who has 2 of AC/DC's shirts, and I asked them to name just 1 of their songs, and they couldn't give me an answer. Teens these days are just sad... they don't know good music from the crap that they listen too...
