It involves a guy who's dad's dying of prostate cancer, and a young girl whose a camera operator for a daytime show. Her boss, who's the host of the show, doesn't think she's worth much, so she switches his notecards with ones she's written to get him to say bad things about himself while on the air. She succeeds but is fired. Does anyone know what movie this is from? All I know is that it's not Wayne's World.
