Absolutely! Those are important body parts...Although you probably don't want to be pregnant now, you will one day & it is very important to take care of yourself now so there are no problams later. There are some STD's that contribute to cervical cancer... Other STD's have no symptoms you could have it or pass it on & not even know! Go to the Doc if you are having sex!

YES. Any women who is sexually active needs to visit the gyno annually. Though we really need to be discussing why anyone would allow an 11 year old to be sexually active at all...

First of all if you are only 11 you shouldn't be sexually active. You should start getting regular gyno checkups.

Yes, but an 11 year old should NOT be sexually active at all. I suggest the 11 year old go to therapy and talk to her parents or a trusted adult.

Yes, but you might want to discuss with her the risks of having sex at such an early age (not only pregnancy & STD's but the risk of emotional problems that often come w/ having sex too early).
Current recommendations are yearly Gyno check -ups as soon as sexually active or yearly at 18-20 for those who aren't sexually active (for paps & breast screenings).

YES. Absolutely. You shouldn't even be having sex at that age, and I'm not saying this for the usual 'oh, my god, you're too young' reasons, although that is a factor.
Your body is not done developing yet. You could cause yourself serious damage, ie tearing, bleeding, ripping. Your reproductive organs are not fully developed, and it might also impair your ability to have children later in life.
On top of that, there are emotional issues. By the way, I sincerely hope this isn't a way to prove your self-worth. 'Oh, hey, look at me, I can have sex at 11'. Don't do that.
Also, I hope you're using protection, 'cause STD's? No joke. And yeah, you can get them at 11.

Absolutely. And if she's sexually active at 11 years old, I'd be curious to know who the guy is because he's probably breaking the law.

Yes as soon as a girl is sexually active she needs to get a Papsmear once a month to make sure she doesn't have cancer or STDS or AIDS.
