I'm not sure what you mean. I've always considered an allusion to be a reference to something. The dictionary said allude means refer to something indirectly. The only indirect reference to the play I can think of is the term "feuding like the Montagues and Capulets."
The musical "Westside Story" was based on Romeo & Juliet and focused on prejudice and gang violence.

1) Look up the word "allusion," and then

2) Read the play.
