I would say if it's a busy signal that pops up, then no, it shouldn't count as your minutes. It would be rediculous if it did, because you never actually did connect. Hope I helped!

I think your OK unless there was some message that picked up your screwed. your husband has a right to flip out either way the phone bill comes out. why in the h e l l would you call that many times and not knowing for sure if you are going to be charged.

only connections count. if they charge for a busy signal,, ask for that in writing and get a new cell service

This is where most people make their mistakes - your call DID connect. If it was a busy signal, that simply meant that your call connected and the line was busy and your call couldn't go through w/ the number of people on the line. Sorry.

Mine counts because it is still taking up airspace. But so many plans are different. Call yours and find out if it does.

No it doesnt. It only counts when the answer machine starts or someone actually picks up the fone. cheers

Honestly, I think it counts as a whole minute. That's how I got my cell phone taken away when I was younger.

With my plan, I don't get charged if someone doesn't pick up. I only get charged if I speak to someone or an answering machine. HTH!
