First you should explore why you feel the need to get a boob job. Is it to impress someone? Is it to boost your self esteem? Maybe you should work on being more comfortable with yourself, and not worry about impressing others.

I dont think you should, unless one of them is smaller than the other one. Just try to get more money and get both of them done if you really want to.
