If sure is. I used to ride my grandpas milk cow when I was a kid. They don't mind it as long as you don't wear spurs or kick em.
Something tells me a certain one won't mind the spurs though.

Cows hate being ridden. But, bulls love it. Don't bring a saddle just jump on.

people ride bulls in rodeos. Cows don't like to be ridden. You don't need a saddle. You can get on a cow's back but that doesn't mean he will take you somewhere.

They like to! But you have to be the right side like Yoda or Bubbles! Too much weight will cause the cow to go crazy. Bring a saddle just in case.
