And I dont' know how to hook up the turn signals. I also do not know if it is legal to display flashing blue turn signals. Any input?

The car is a 1994 mustang and did not come with the signals in the mirror in any of the stock models.

The would connect to the same place as the flashing arrows in the instrument panel connect to. You could probably just splice the wires into the wires going to the indicator bulbs.

As for the turn signal light colors that would depend on state law.

In most states if not all signal lights must follow color codes.Stop lights red, running lights yellow and so on but non the less you have to run your wires and tie them into you turning signal wires.

if your car didn't come with them you need to run wire to them from the front turn signals and up into the door
