Hey Sweetie.
I'm 15 and 5'2" but I'm size 00 and my agent says that I need to lose about 3 lbs before I do anything so if you're a size 3 you may want to lose some more weight.
I'm not trying to sound rude, I'm just being honest. You can try Barbizon, but they aren't the best. If you want to make it big your gonna have to move to NY or out here in Cali.

go to an open call for a magazine like seventeen. (seventeen.com) they have lots of modelling contests or opportunities. good luck :) also, try a local modelling agency. if you want to model for a specific store, go to their website. abercrombie includes that on their website: abercrombiekids.com or abercrombie.com

YELLOW PAGES! there are always tons of modeling/talent/or acting agencies everywhere. but they cost A LOT OF MONEY
