Hmm...I don't know if you have a Forever 21 store anywhere near you, but they might have some nice dresses there that are pretty cheap and stuff. I got a little black dress there once that was less than $30 and I still use it today. You can also try outlets and such or maybe shopping at JCPenny, they might have some dresses that are within your price range.

check out places like macy's jcpenny & such. if the prices are too high, go to either Marshalls, TJ Maxx or Ross. they all have the same stuff the nice department stores have, but at about half the price.

i think Forever 21 has good dresses. they are always featured in Marie Claire and other fashion magazines. i don't know your age or style but they seem to have cute, trendy stuff.
also believe it or not, but Target sometimes has nice dresses designed by Isaac Mizhrahi.

go to a DEB store. most of their dresses are $40-60. pretty nice dresses.

I go to Fashion Bug, Catos, Goody's or Maurices they usually have hot dresses at cheap prices
