Yes, my vision started to change a lot during my pregnancy. I often got really blurred vision and sometimes even flashes of light accompanied by a migraine. I never had this before I was pregnant and my doctor told me that it's just from the hormones. Sometimes though, it can be a sign of high blood pressure or Preeclampsia, so if you are having changes in your vision and you are or think you are pregnant, make sure to let your doctor know. Mine started at the beginning of my pregnancy and got worse, and now that I'm not pregnant anymore I still have it sometimes, but it's getting better as my hormones go back to how they were before being pregnant.

Good luck!

I've tried to find when the changes usually occur, but there is no number in any of the articles, so I would assume it is entirely possible. However, all the articles said that it can be a sign of many potentially dangerous complications and to discuss it with your doctor.

I think it could be entirely possible. Here's why, it didn't have anything to do with me being pregnant, but I swear, immediately after I had my hysterectomy my vision changed. Mine got bad, and now I have to wear bi-focals.
I thought I was crazy, because it didn't make sense to me, still don't understand it... but it could have something to do with hormonal changes.

It seems like I remember noticing that pretty early on in my pregnancies. And I think it's more significant if you already have astigmatism.
