Is it possible for some ppl, take me for instance, to see them and the information they carry?

I see them as different faint colored lights that tell me the erson' mood, how old they are and their birthdate. When i ask them why they are sad or mad, they go " How did you know " and i would like an explanation!!

Yes you can tell a lot about the colour of someone's Aura
I have seen then on people now and again
I was listening to a Medium giving a reading once and she had a yellow gold around her head and a greenly colour from her shoulders down.
I seen another lady channeling with spirit and she had pure gold it was so beautiful : )
I have seen my own it is a violet colour and I have been told it is a violet colour as well : ) meaning very spiritual

This can and has been tested. Since the aura is above the head, one should able to see it behind a partition. Random tests have shown that the claimers could not tell if anyone was behind the partions or not.

My mother used to see auras around peoples heads right before they passed away. She is now deceased but I remember numerous occasions where she would tell the family about the aura and a couple of days later they would die.

wow, that is great! i have seen, or rather sensed them only a couple of times in my life... i guess you are just really sensitive.
some people believe that auras are an extension of a persons 'chi' energy, or else their electrical field. they are meant to reflect all kinds of information, including a persons state of mind, or health.
it is possible to have your aura photographed - you should check out kirlian photography - but it is unusual to be able to see them.
if your'e sensitive in that way you might have other skills :)

Ya i can see mt aura from time to time and its very beautiful. Isn't it so cool that you can see your aura annd you can tell the mood your in. Not many people are that blessed that they can see there aura.
