our mongrel heritage is our strength. As far as education, people still come from abroad to attend our universities. Erudition can be found anywhere, along with the people who desire it. When you say the average american is dull, I wonder who you are comparing them to? Your words reek of ignorance and jealousy, but that's predictable- just like you. Your statement 'all doctors...engineers...' is pure hyperbole- which is in turn the telling sign of an argument based on a paucity of fact.

America has many problems, yes. But your statements are yet more evidence of the age old saying that the weak envy the strong. You're good for a chuckle, however, and I doubt you come from any sort of Athenian utopia.

I'll debate you- or bench press you. Either way you're no threat. Have a nice day!

Agreed!
jewish and indian people play a big role out there. There is no such thing as american, they are just a mix of different nations. no culture, no history nothing! And as we all know it is much easier for a new country to get economical advantage!
I travel a lot and met a lot of different people, there are stupid people everywhere i have to admit but man "AMERICANS" are unique in that.
But anyway their economy now is going down..
So now the question is wich country is going to be a power.
Good luck

Oh, dude.... you are so busted. Oh, how hard am I laughing. . You don't have the sense to capitalize proper nouns, and you don't have any apostrophes in contractions. You don't have the basic third grade skills to capitalize the first word of a sentence. And .... oh, I love this... you can't spell engineers. HA HA HA from an American so much better educated than you. It just drives you crazy that you are not American. By the way, what do YOU read that is " of value"????

It doesn't seem as though you read at all. Why do people who wish to appear bold and generate ridiculous debates via the use of sweeping generalisations often display the weakest command of English? The fact that you are borderline illiterate should trigger the fact that you're showcasing profound hypocrisy by raising this question - but it doesn't......and no I am not American.

i do not want to say it like that, but yeah, they can be dull and boring, and it sort of makes me shy away from talking with the "average joe" especially if they are involved in politics or any racist ideas or pursuits, the working man is also kinda dull, but i have nothing to offer, and have not made a niche in life, which is closer to the end then the beginning, i do not know about paradox, but the guy driving by with the radio playing so everyone for ten blocks around can hear it is boring and dull, and makes me wish i were someplace else, "say it in broken english" that is the name of a song from the sixties, or seventies, by MaryAnn Faithful

I am a non-American and NO, I do not agree. You'll find what you've described in all countries, not just the USA. And with the attitude you've just displayed, I hardly think you can be considered a credit to your own country.

Yes, everything you say is true. It is a mongrel society, but I'm a dog too. A happy contented dog at that!

I don't know why, but I rather be here than there. I have a lot of material things, I make good money and I travel abroad every chance I get. Go figure.
