Which is better: Elite, Jackal, brute or hunter on halo?

I just want some feed-back on what some guys like.
I like the Elites and Jackals myself.
HATE the brutes!

Hunters, definitely. They're quiet and methodical, and they always work in pairs. Whenever you get one of them in your crosshairs, you can be almost certain that its twin has already taken aim at you. Plus, you can't beat the firepower or armor.
