First of all,you have to understand what life is all about. You have to understand the universe.About the co-relation between this planet and the universe and recognize that there is a special design which makes all the planets and the galaxies be where they are.You have to understand about actions and reactions and then relate these things to yourself and know where you stand in the scheme of things.Discover what your passions are, your interests and then ask yourself what you think you can do to influence all these things in a positive way.You may have the gift of the gab, then, find a way to use it to either make people happy or to be a lawyer that helps people.Or, You may be someone who is curious about chemicals and substances, then,of course, why not channel your interests towards medicine for the good of all.Or,if you have a talent for writing and words, why not write a book about something enlightening or entertaining. When you get to this point, then, will you know what your purpose in life really is.

Know yourself and what it is you want to do. Simply sit quietly and just know what it is. When you think about what you want to do, what is it that keeps coming into your mind?

Hypnotherapy can help you with knowing what it is you really want to do.
