In Outlook, is there a way of sending an email to many recipients, each recipirnt not being able to see the full distribution list?

Yes, use the "bcc" field when typing in the addresses. You might have to put your own address in the "to" field as some mail clients will not allow this to be empty.

Yes.
Its called "BCC" and it stands for Blind Carbon Copy.
All the addresses you place in to the BCC box will recieve a mail, but will not be shown on the recipients list...

use BCC field to send emails but must have at least 1 in the to field but you could just put your email in there. BCC stands for blind carbon copy.
