i have a file that is called file.flv i want to put it in itunes but itunes wont take that file what is the program called to convert it

You want to use the free Riva FLV converter and change the format to Quicktime.

I know a software that called flash to video converter

It can convert flash to suitalbe format for iPod/Zune,PSP and Smart phone and somthing else. I think flash video is also OK.

Its a Macromedia (Adobe) Flash movie. You should search http://www.videohelp.com for converters to other formats.
