I am 20 weeks pregnant and have a cold. I have been sneezing like crazy! I can deal with all that. BUT A little while ago, when I was standing up I sneezed and peed my pants! I know this is normal during pregnacy, but I am a waitress and have to work tommorow night. Other than keigels (sp?) is there anything else I can do?

your right it is very normal. What i used to do when i was working was i would have a extra pair of panties, and some pads. Thicker pad they asorb more and less likly to have to change the panties but just in case, because laughin, coughing, sneezing all triggers to embarassment.

Buy some bladder control pads (like poise pads) and take some sudafed non drowsy for the sneezing. Unless the drug list has changed, sudafed non drowsy is in the pregnancy safe category. Just call your doctor to be sure that hasn't changed.

Not really! Oh the joys of motherhood! Just try a pantyliner while working, and be sure to pack a spare pair of panties.

this is completely normal. its the pressure you are experiancing with the baby laying on your bladder. unfortunatly not much you can do. it happened to me when i was 38 weeks i thought i was in labour cause i also started having false labour after too. just keep doign keegals. best of luck and congrats
