your solution is behind the wheelbearing cap. keep after it. As a last resort,remove the strut and lower control arm and ball joint. Basically, replace the entire wheel assembly, encluding the axle. Don't forget the hydraulic brake hose. You will need to bleed the brakes after this is done. Posssibly also reset the ABS system, if applicable.

Check your wheel bearings. Although you may not have play in them sounds like one is bad. grab your tire from the top and push and pull if neither have movement remove the cv axle from the spindle(bearing) and turn the bearing. feel for a roughness, some tightness is normal.

It is definitely one of the wheel bearings. And it sounds like you would be safer to not let that person work on your car.
By the way, if one bearing is bad the other is "almost" ready to fail. Better plan on that also.

It sound like the wheel bearing the large nut holding the axle in is very tight you may have to use a large breaker bar to loosen it.

Im have 2 guessed, 1. Theres something wrong with the CV joints, or 2. Theres a belt getting rubbed

You meanie! This one's gonna get me all fired up! Loud automobiles make me furious! we've a good number of those down right here in Texas. also, once you spot someone like a mile behind you and they are gaining on you actual quick....they arrive all how for your bumper and there is yet another lane they could bypass round (to the left) in yet they received't make a bypass.

wheel bearings when you turn the wheel your putting pressure on the bearing and the noise changes or stops

Sounds like bad bearings, take it to a front end repair shop (brake shop) and have them do an inspection on it.
