I have bought none prescription colored contacts at a eye clinic. they have to measure your eyes to make sure they fit.
they are relatively inexpensive, the exam is usually about 50 bucks and the boxes of contacts are like 30 dollars for 3 disposable pairs per color- you can wear the disposables more than one day at a time

you can go to any prescription eye glass store and buy non prescription colored lens. you will need an exam to get fitted though as everyone has a differnt size eye. At that time the doctor will also recommend a brand best suited for your eyes and explaiin how to maintain contacts. even if you don't need glasses you should get a check up once a year

any eyeglass place can order contact for you without it having to be medicated. they'll just give you a test that will measure your eyes for the perfect fit of the contacts. check in a mall near you for a eye glass center! also the eye centers that's with walmart.

Go to any optician that sells them, you have to pay to be fitted first (for size, you don't need a prescription). Search online for free coupons from the contact makers first.

I dont believe so, and if you could it would be unsafe, and unhealthy.

Prescription or non-prescription you still need to be fitted for contacts and make sure they're safe for your eyes, and fit you properly.
