When people are brainwashed as kids its hard to tell them it was a lie. ABC , CBS, NBC, FOX and even CNN.

Most were 'brainwashed' long before they heard anything in the media. The only believe the media when it agrees with what the already thought. The most important thing that can be taught in schools is also the least taught. That is, critical thinking. If more people actually thought for themselves, we would be much better off.

It's a little dirty trick of the journalism. You are being manipulated.

How? Appeal to common feelings in selfish people; Bad news of somebody else! I'm glad it happened to them not to me! Good for them news, etc.

Then they sneek in the advertisers. The REAL CON PART OF THE GAME.

Yep, that's why they say 99% of everything is BULLSH*T!

I don't watch TV anymore, neither do I go to the movies. I have not done either for years and years!

Read good books instead. Start with the BIBLE! Books that interest you and go on from there.

Its because people are to lazy to actually search for the truth and would rather have a lie handed to them on a silver platter if it ment they didn't have to do anything.

SEVERAL YRS. AGO THE MEDIA FORMED A CLEARING OFFICE WHERE ALL MAJORS WOULD DISCUSS THE NEWS BEFORE THEY WOULD ANNOUNCE ON THE EVENING NEWS IN ORDER TO NOT HAVE SO MANY CONTRADICTORY STATEMENTS----AND TO ALSO REJECT OR LIBERALLY MODIFY ANY NEWS WHICH WOULD MAKE THE LIBERAL AGENDAS TO NOT LOOK AS GLORIOUS....SO WE END UP WITH A STEADY DIET OF MANUFACTURED NEWS....BECAUSE THE NEWS LOOKS VIRTUALLY THE SAME ON ANY STATION OR CHANNEL---WHALA--IT MUST BE TRUE THEREFORE IT IS EASILY BELIEVED ......THEN COMES ANN COULTER, RUSH LIMBAUGH,AND OTHERS TO REFUTE THIS GROUND BABY FOOD WITH ADDED SWEETNERS AND IF YOU ARE A LIBERAL YOU IMMEDIATELY SWITCH STATIONS----LISTENING TO MORE MANUFACTURED BULLSHIT AND BEING SOOTHED BY IT'S MOCK GENUINENESS ---CONTINUING TO POISON ALL LISTENERS...........

Most people are intellectually lazy. Most liberals make their decisions based on emotion. The media excels at emotional manipulation.
