you put on your arm and when you touch it his eyes would move!!!

I remember the furry worm thing you pet and it would move, but his eyes didn't move. I don't think I ever knew what they were called though.

Sounds like the thing we used to call "woolly worm" here in Germany, but I'm not sure, it is too long ago. I think the Furby was a few years later.

Maybe you're referring to a Furby. Furbys, (made by Tiger Electronics) would blink and talk to you sometimes. Hope this helps!!
