So, there's this book i've called Twilight. It's an AMAZING book. However, now all other books seem kind of boring compared. I'm not that bad of a critic. I'm also pretty open to all kinds of books. Basically, I can read a book if I can get into it. So could someone help me find a book... If you've read Twilight, or New Moon, and youve read another book similar, could you recomend it to me? Please? Thank you

I know of a book that's only been out for 11 months. And yes, it's GREAT! It's called Red Bird Just Like This. it's written by Earl Jesse Stevens. He calls it a a semi-autobiographical novel. I consider it more of a memoir. He has wild adventures that begin at age 3, that involve gypsies, horses, and murder. His adventures in California--with the whales, the hippies, the law, gamblers, musicians, and hustlers are incredible. One story --about slaughtering a pig, in Kentucky, is so funny you'll cry. And it's all so kind spirited and inspirational you'll be proud to have read it. It is very different.

The best book I read last year was "The Procedure" by Harry Mulisch about 2 men in different eras who create life from nothing and suffer for it. Your library should have it.

I also like Gunther Grass' "The Flounder" which is the history of men and women since prehistoric times. It's an incredible novel.
