No...impossible.... implantation hasn't even occurred !!!! The sperm may have fertilized the egg on the 30th...but the fertilized egg takes about a week or so before it implants itself into the uterus...and starts preparing for growth.

WELL MY DOCTOR SAID ITS POSSIBLE THROUGH BLOOD TEST, BUT YOU COULD HAVE BEEN PREGNAN BEFORE YOU HAD SEX AND JUST DIDNT KNOW IT YET
