If there are no major mods on each, then go with the Camaro.
Unless of course you are interested in going in a straight line REAL Fast then pick the Charger.

It all depends. If you're looking at 2 specific cars there are a few questions you need to answer. What engine does the Camaro have? What about the Charger? What are you going to do with it? Drag race? Restoration?
If you're just asking about the models in general, then it still depends on several things. I'd much rather have a Camaro with a 396 than a Charger with a Slant Six, but I'd rather have a Hemi Charger than a straight six Camaro.
If you're doing it for restoration and investment, it depends on the model. A base Camaro won't sell for as much as a Charger R/T, but a Camaro SS or RS will sell for more than a base Charger.
If given the choice between any model '69 Camaro or '71 Charger, I'd have to pick a '69 Yenko Camaro, though I really do prefer the looks of the Charger.

Vette's Mustangs and Camaro's are everywhere. It shouldn't take long to find one. Look in the Autotrader or Hemmings Motor News or the local newspaper.
