I was wondering if the 300W PSU would be enough to run this card since it's not particularly demanding.

I didn't see any PSU requirements for this card, but the Geforce 7300 needed a 350.

I know it's not a great card, I just want something better than integrated video.

The 6200 LE also requires a min. of 350 Watts. But I wouldn't worry about it that's the manufacturer's max spec. The card is low end so don't worry about it. I have the ATI X1900GT overclocked to the max (reaches close to 100 degrees celcius) on load, and my voltage meter records about 285 Watts total, that's for the whole pc.

Overclocking is not a good idea, particularly from the sound of your specs. You're not going to get a gamer-quality graphics card for around $100, A good gamer quality graphics card can run anywhere from $200-$600. In my opinion the best video cards are the NVidia GT series, you can get an 8600 for around $200. If you really want to overclock then you might want to take the panel off your case to allow for better air flow and actually have a portable fan blowing into the case. Hope this helps.

A 7300GS actually would take less power than a 6200LE, more power efficient. Either one would most likely work with a 300W PSU, when they give power supply requirements, they do tend to list the requirement higher than necessary, just to give some cushion. Alternatively, if you want a new PSU, this one should work for what you are looking for:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817182048
