Just about all of them are friends off-camera, although WWE has always tried really hard to maintain the illusion of there being a distinction between faces and heels. They even went so far as to formally punish HHH back in 1996 for his part in what's become known as the "MSG Incident" when the unthinkable happened -- namely 2 faces (HBK and Scott Hall) and 2 heels (HHH and Kevin Nash) put their ring personas aside and showed their real-life friendship by sharing a group hug - something that was totally unacceptable to management.
Pro wrestling is really like one big soap opera and all of the fights, feuds and face/heel turns are scripted to be part of the storyline.
Two wrestlers who really did have a falling out totally unrelated to wrestling were Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage. This was personal, though, and happened after Macho Man was no longer wrestling and Hogan was only appearing occasionally.

One of the first one I think of is when Triple H and HBK had to fight each other. Another one was when Kevin Nash and HHH fought each other. Many members of the ''Clique'' have had to fight each other in Storyline. Also, Ric Flair and HHH fought each other.
