I am a guy who's pretty new at this ballroom dance thing, and I just started taking lessons at Arthur Murray, so I was wondering if anyone knows of any good places for young (21-35ish) adults to ballroom dance around the southeastern MI area. I've only been taking lessons for 1 month, so I only know the basics, but I still would like to practice, and possibly meet other people my own age and skill level, and outside of the studio, I don't know of many regular ballroom dance places.

Also inquire with your studio - I don't know how Arthur Murray operates, but most studios encourage their students to come and practice besides just taking lessons, some even offer reduced rates to their students. Also look into
