Trt not to watch the T.V for a day or two to see how long you can
hold out from watching it.And try reading instead or go for a walk.
Spend as much time with friends as possible.Just try to get out
more.

Paley Pale has a bit of an agressive answer, but if you still have your remote there's a feature (on all new TV's) that after a certain amount of time (that you set) it turns off.
