Plug in your iPod and go to the main directory in iTunes that lists all the songs. You should be able to delete them directly. If you delete them out of a playlist, they will still be in the main library of songs on your iPod.

If you have itunes delete the songs from itunes and then connect your ipod and everytime you make changes to it, it will change the ipod. Im an ipod nano owner.

you go to library, delete the song you don't want, then right click on the name of your iPod and press "update" or refresh, one of the two

you uncheck the song on your tunes list and update you ipod and it will take the song off your ipod thats the way to do it

open your itunes and plug your ipod in.
When it shows up, click on your IPOD
and double click on the music icon and then find your song and delete it.

Uncheck them in your libray, there a box to the left then sync, or just go back to your library and when a box comes up that asks you to erase and sync, do it

i think u have to downlod all those songs onto ur computer...(sync them) and then u delete them from Your Music and then just download the songs like u would anyday.
