Hes gay, just accept him and treat him as normal. It would have been a big step him telling you that he is gay and he obviously trusts you enough to tell you something so big so dont break this trust by turning against him but do be honest with him and if you want to ask questions so as you understand better, ask them. Im sure he will appreciate this as not only are you finding out what you want to know but he is also being give the chance to speak to a trustful friend about how he feels etc.

well he's been gay all the time so now that he's told you nothing has changed, so if your a good friend then you shouldn't change anything.. unless he starts acting sexual towards you then you can tell him that you don't like it and if he keeps it up then you two aren't a good match as friends

The obvious thing to do is to treat him no differently then you treated him before. (given that you treated your friend nicely before). Being gay isn't a choice and no! : gay guys don't 'rape straight guys' as many ignorant bastards have said before. He's normal. If I were you, I'd be flattered that he trusted me enough to tell me (given that I'm the first to know) :P

Nothing changess. He's been gay all along, right? You just didn't know about it. Why should anything change now? Just do the same stuff you always did.

What do you thing he wants you to do, and why do you think he told you? If you want to do what he wants you to do, then trust him to keep a secret and do it. If you don't want to, then say you don't. But be his friend anyway unless it makes you uncomfortable. And at least tell him honestly how you feel at this point.

Well since you're his friend, just continue befriending him. He obviously wouldn't try anything with you becasue he respects your friendship far too much to risk it. He also will probably not really bother you about it. He will expect you to accept him however.

Does he know you're asking such a homophobic question about him? No, I thought not. Some friend you are. I hope he finds friends that don't talk about him behind his back.

don't do anything, just because he is gay it doesn't mean that you should change the way you act with him, it probably took a lot of courage for him to tell you

Treat him the same way you always did. He's no different. You just know more about him now than you did before.
